Personal Development

Everyone, whether young or old, should stay true to his or her capabilities and limitations. Our body – the greatest asset we have in this life – always makes that clear to us. The art lies in identifying our body’s signals and responding in the right way. Using our feelings and thoughts at the same time makes all movement in our lives seem natural. It enriches us, keeps us healthy and physically grounded. Naturally, we will deal with a number of physical discomforts. In addition, it is good to develop the potential you feel inside yourself further.

Who am I? What do I represent? Whenever we are asked who we are, we always answer in terms of our job, our home, our children or our future. But do we have what it takes to looker deeper, to identify what truly moves us and what our needs are? Do you spend a lot of time on who you are or just on who you want to be? In the end, it comes down to being in touch with your ‘self’as much as possible and to use what strengths you have.

My first experience with Gezond Management was the help with a tingling right arm. The session also expanded my mind, which made me perceive with more transparency and understanding. My monthly preventive sessions release me of my physical annoyances, give me balance and optimise personal development.

In a period of fatigue Gezond Management was recommended to me. From the first visit on I felt understood and helped. I am in a literal en figurative sense in good hands. The visits with Erica taught me how much body and mind are connected. This knowledge helps me make better choices, in work and personal life. Erica listens and reflects, confronts and is kind. We have valuable conversations that help me and physical therapy that bring me balance.
